Delete my PaddleReady account

Submit a request to permanently delete your account, your submitted content (launches, hazards, photos, comments, reviews), and any active Trip Check-In data. We complete deletion within 30 days as required by Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play policy.

This is permanent. Once we process this request:

Your username, email, and password hash are deleted
Your trip check-ins and trip contacts are deleted
Your photos are deleted either way — both the database records and the image files themselves are removed from our servers, so the pictures stop being reachable at their old links
Your submitted launches, hazards, comments, and reviews are deleted — or, if you choose "keep anonymously" below, the text is retained with your name and account link stripped off, so other paddlers still benefit from what you reported
Pro subscriptions billed via Apple or Google must be cancelled separately in your platform's subscription settings

Without an account?

You can use PaddleReady's core features — checking conditions, browsing launch points, reading hazard reports — without an account, and we store nothing about you when you do. There is nothing to delete.

Posting is different. Comments, reviews, launch point submissions and amenity votes all require an account, so anything you have posted is attached to that account. Use the form above, or email privacy@paddleready.app from your account address to have individual items removed.
